As a Graduate Human Resource Consultant at HR Dynamics, Shannen Fowler is focused on supporting businesses with policy drafting, employee handbook drafting and employment contract drafting. With a Bachelor of Business majoring in Human Resource Management from James Cook University, Shannen brings a fresh perspective and enthusiasm to the team.

Before joining HR Dynamics, Shannen gained valuable experience in different roles, including working as a Gym Manager at UBX Clifton Beach. In this role, Shannen successfully assisted in the opening of the business and the establishment of operational procedures, staffing, and marketing plans to acquire foundation members. Shannen's hard work paid off, as UBX Clifton Beach was awarded Club Launch of the Year Award in 2021.

In addition to her management and fitness experience, Shannen is skilled in policy drafting, employee handbook drafting, and employment contract drafting. She understands the importance of having clear policies and procedures in place to ensure a productive and safe workplace.
