Joining forces (lucky) 16 years ago, Phoebe and Rebecca lead a team of nine HR & IR Professionals across Cairns and the Sunshine Coast who are passionate about providing effective Human Resource services that assist business in complying and understanding with Fair Work Australia requirements.

Phoebe is guest speaker and regular panellist at business forums – with a speciality in turning around tired business owners to find the love and passion within their business.

Rebecca is responsible for improving the way we work at HR Dynamics, providing best practice case studies and staff training and works on developing new products (including interactive staff handbooks) to HR Dynamics that we can offer to our clients.
