Who We Are

Twelve years ago, Phoebe Kitto and Rebecca Wright identified a need for pragmatic HR solutions to be available to organisations of all sizes – those with HR departments and those not big enough to have their own HR Department. Over time the firm has grown, and we are now a team of seven consultants with varying specialties. We can assist with all of your HR and industrial relations requirements – whether you are an HR Manager wanting to call for industrial relations advice or need a workplace investigation or mediation, or you are a small business needing some contracts drafted and rate advice – the HR Dynamics team are here to help. Our team ensures professional advice and processes are delivered to our clients swiftly, efficiently and economically.

PHOEBE KITTO

DIRECTOR

A Director of the company, Phoebe has a strong HR background over 20 years HR experience. She is passionate about assisting businesses to effectively manage their employees to obtain great productivity and performance directly translating to the bottom line.

Phoebe holds an Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management and is a committee member of the Douglas Chamber of Commerce and Mareeba Kids.

Rebecca Wright

DIRECTOR

A Director of the company, Rebecca has 18 years of experience in human resource management. complemented by a
Bachelor of Business from James Cook University and a Certificate IV in Workplace Training & Assessment. Prior to HR Dynamics, Rebecca worked in HR leadership roles for large international organisations in both the hospitality and engineering sectors.

Rebecca is responsible for improving the way we work at HR Dynamics, providing best practice case studies and staff training, and is working on developing new products (including interactive staff handbooks) to HR Dynamics.

Deanne Baker

SENIOR WORKPLACE ADVISOR & ACCREDITED MEDIATOR

Deanne has significant experience with Industrial relations and HR management. Prior to Human Resource Dynamics Deanne was a Senior Workplace Advisor for the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Queensland (CCIQ) for over 17 years. On a practical level, Deanne is experienced in negotiating and drafting Enterprise Agreements, providing detailed and complex Award and pay rate advice, and termination/redundancy advice. In addition to this Deanne is highly experienced in conducting workplace investigations.

After CCIQ Deanne diversified her skills into the local Government area at Cairns Regional Council. In this role, Deanne led and coordinated the Employee and Industrial Relations, Recruitment, and Rehabilitation/Return to Work functions across Council.

Teneal Fabiani

SENIOR WORKPLACE ADVISOR

Teneal has worked with Human Resource Dynamics for over five years joining the team after graduating from James Cook University. Teneal started her career at a legal firm, where she supported commercial lawyers as a Secretary and then moved over to HR.

Teneal is passionate about helping business achieve their goals, through implementing robust HR systems, including
ensuring Modern Award compliance with the Fair Work Ombudsman.

Teneal is experienced in writing Contracts of Employment HR policies, Enterprise Bargaining Agreements as well
as experience with assisting Employers at the Fair Work Commission.

  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Certificate IV in Workplace Health and Safety
  • Justice of the Peace

Caitlin Donigi

HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT

Caitlin joined the HR Dynamics team in February 2020 as our HR Administrator and has quickly become an integral member of our HR Dynamics team.

As a big-picture analytical thinker, Caitlin has excellent problem-solving and organisational skills, as well as demonstrated experience recognising and actively developing and implementing organisational improvements.

Most recently Caitlin was the Art Centre Manager at Bamanga Bubu Ngadimunku Aboriginal Corporation’s Yalanji Arts; where she was engaged to review business operations and successfully identified, planned, implemented, and managed sustainable improvements that ensured the ongoing viability of the business.

Caitlin has more than 15 years’ experience in customer service, sales, administration, and management.

Kim Ainscough

HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT

Kim is a Human Resources Practitioner with extensive generalist and specialist experience across the HR discipline. This has been gained in a HR career over 25+ years working predominantly within Multinational Manufacturing and Sales organisations across a number of industries. She holds an Associate Diploma of Human Resources.

Kim has led teams and managed business units so understands the challenges of leadership as well as playing an active role in the strategic management of a business, the organisational development, building and fostering relationships required to deliver business goals whilst ensuring legislative requirements are met.

Prior to joining HR Dynamics, Kim was based in Sydney and was a Regional HR Manager for an equipment sales company in the Water Industry, leading a team of 4 other HR professionals and supporting a business of approximately 320 people across 15 branches in both Australia and New Zealand. She has experienced gained in Industrial relations from her time in a large scale Industrial Bakery supplying the McDonalds system again in an ANZ role, supporting 3 manufacturing and 4 distribution sites and approximately 550 people.

Kylie McQuie

HUMAN RESOURCE CONSULTANT

Kylie McQuie comes to Human Resource Dynamics with a small business and financial background. She is lively, eloquent, highly entrepreneurial with a strong business acumen and infectious motivation. She builds trust, confidence and has a solid affinity early in the client relationship, providing both a balanced and practical view focussing on the overall end goal for her clients.

In her previous business advisory roles she specialised in small businesses being financially viable, turning small to medium size businesses into attractive assets ready for exit, using technology to deliver efficiencies, effectively project managing a client’s team of advisors and providing human resource services. Kylie has the knowledge, practical insight and understanding required to guide small businesses owners throughout their journey and beyond where they normally stop.

Kylie is an avid and passionate trainer, teaching both scuba diving and English as a second language. She holds a Diploma of Human Resources amongst other qualifications and memberships.
