Rebecca is responsible for improving the way we work at HR Dynamics, providing best practice case studies and staff training and is working on developing new products (including interactive staff handbooks) to HR Dynamics.

Margaret has experience in preparing complex Workcover responses and conducting independent workplace investigations.

Deanne has significant experience with Industrial relations and HR management. Most recently Deanne has been employed as the Human Resource and Operations Manager at Cairns Aquarium where she has been responsible for the set up and implementation of a brand-new tourism venture into the region.
Prior to this role, Deanne was part of the CCIQ team in Cairns where she was a Workplace Relations Advisor for over 15 years. After CCIQ Deanne diversified her skills into the local Government area at Cairns Regional Council.  In this role Deanne led and coordinated the Employee and Industrial Relations, Recruitment and Rehabilitation / Return to Work functions across Council.
